UK First Class Trackable postage is £3.95 for any number of items in a single transaction. We also offer a Special Delivery service for which we charge varying rates according to the weight of the item.
We will ship most of our items worldwide with prices charged according to weight and as detailed in each item description. If you would like an item shipped to a country not stated then just email us for a price.
Dispatch is guaranteed within 1 working day of cleared payment. Therefore if you purchase before 10am and opt for first class UK postage, it is likely that you will receive delivery the following working day. However, next day delivery is only guaranteed with the Royal Mail Special Delivery postage option. Please accept that we cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail delivery delays if you do not opt for this service.

Normal UK delivery times are 1-3 days for First Class. International delivery takes 5-10 working days depending on the country.
Sometimes, however, delays can occur but Royal Mail "do not consider parcels to be lost until 15 working days after the expected delivery date. (this does NOT include Sundays or Bank Holidays) and 25 working days for International claims and 10 working days for Special Delivery claims".
Therefore, in the event of non-delivery, we cannot pursue a claim and replace an item or give a refund until the relevant amount of time has elapsed.
In the meantime, customers are asked to contact their local Royal Mail Sorting Office to see if the item is being held as an undelivered package. We often find that the postman does not leave a card so customers may not be aware that delivery has been attempted. Therefore, no matter how sure you think you are that your item is not going to arrive, please take our advice and visit the sorting office with proof of ID and your Tracking Number first. Then, if, after sufficient enquiries have been made and after the relevant time period has elapsed, your package still cannot be located, we will replace your item subject to stock availability or give a full refund via the original method of payment.
We operate a 14 Day No Quibble Refund/Exchange Policy. A full refund will be given for any item (excluding swimwear) providing the goods are posted back within 14 days of receipt, as new, in the original *undamaged packaging, and the buyer pays the return postage costs.
When returning an item it is strongly recommended that the Recorded Delivery (Signed for) service is used as we cannot take responsibility for undelivered items. In the event of the loss of a returned item, it is the sender's responsibility to pursue a claim through Royal Mail.
Please ensure that your item is securely wrapped, pay the appropriate return postage charge, and enclose the original Packing Slip (found either inside your parcel or in the document wallet on the outside of your parcel) with a note of the reason for return. Refunds are made on the same day that a return is received. If you paid by cheque or postal order, we will send your refund by cheque and if you paid by Paypal or credit/debit card, we will refund directly into your account.
* We appreciate that shoe boxes may become slightly damaged in transit, however, we cannot accept returns on items where the packaging has been written on, taped up, or in the case of clothing, where the bags are missing or have been excessively torn.
If you wish to exchange your item then please follow the same procedure as above. We do not charge postage to send your replacement item to you, however, you must pay the postage costs for returning the item to us. When completing the reason for return on the packing slip, please indicate which item you would like to exchange for.
